For those who need who need a helping hand, we are here to support you. UpsideLive offers 3 comprehensive packages to help answer your product-related questions and provide additional training: 

1. Platinum
   
   Platinum subscribers pay a yearly fee and have access to 16 hours of personal training as well as up to 20 questions per year which will be answered by trained UpsideLive specialists. 
2. Gold
   
   Gold subscribers pay a yearly fee and have access to 6 hours of personal training as well as up to 15 questions per year which will be answered by trained UpsideLive specialists.
3. Silver
   
   Silver subscribers pay a yearly fee and have access to 4 hours of personal training as well as up to 10 questions per year which will be answered by trained UpsideLive specialists.
