Support Services

For those who need who need a helping hand, we are here to support you. UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE offers 3 comprehensive packages to help answer your product-related questions and provide additional training: 

  1. Platinum

    Platinum subscribers pay a yearly fee and have access to 16 hours of personal training as well as up to 20 questions per year which will be answered by trained UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE specialists. 
  2. Gold

    Gold subscribers pay a yearly fee and have access to 6 hours of personal training as well as up to 15 questions per year which will be answered by trained UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE specialists.
  3. Silver

    Silver subscribers pay a yearly fee and have access to 4 hours of personal training as well as up to 10 questions per year which will be answered by trained UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE specialists.
