Training

All UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE subscribers have access to comprehensive training videos free of charge; however for those clients who prefer on-site training, there are several training packages available. Clients who purchase on-site training packages will be asked to fill out a brief Needs Assessment questionnaire prior to the training session. The assigned trainer will prepare a training schedule customized for each client and provide supporting documentation.

Documentation

A carefully documented process is essential in ensuring that everyone is informed of proper procedures and how to go about adhering to them. UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE Technical Writers will meet with key company personnel to discuss and document your existing business practices and how UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE will tie into current practices. The finished product will be an indispensable reference book that will serve as a step-by-step guide to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Industry-Specific Templates

Every industry has its own unique rules, regulations and best practices which is why UpsideLive allows you to create your own templates as you see fit, or for additional fees, we can connect you with our legal services partners who can provide you with best-in-class templates (template functionality is not available in UpsideLive LITE).

Legal Services

Many businesses today handle 3rd party contracts or papers – often, terms in these contracts are changed frequently requiring legal review. UpsideLive offers optional legal services for ‘pre-loaded’ or industry-specific templates facilitating the legal process, at additional costs. Whenever a change is made to a contract, UpsideLive can contact one of our legal partners to review the alteration(s) and ensure it meets industry standards (legal services are not available for UpsideLive LITE).

Pay-Per-Use Services

UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE’s Pay-Per-Use services are ideal for businesses that occasionally require additional Professional Services on an as-needed basis. Choosing UpsideLive / UpsideLive LITE’s pay-as-you-go service provides flexibility and requires no commitment on your part. Simply pay for the services you want, when you use them.
